Our cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness from our Otago orchards and packed within 24 hours to ensure maximum freshness.
We carefully manage our dispatches to get them to you in the best condition possible.
WEEKLY DISPATCHES:
π We dispatch orders once a week, typically on Wednesday.
π Orders placed Thursday onwards will go in the following weeks dispatch.
π Dispatch dates are a guide only β weather and harvest conditions may affect timing.
π We deliver across all of New Zealand.
π Shipping costs are based on standard and rural locations.
Our Fruit Quality Promise
We want you to enjoy your cherries at their very best. If you notice any issues with your order, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
If your fruit arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos within 24 hours. Please make sure your pictures show the affected fruit inside the box and include a photo of the box label with the variety, barcode, and any other details so our quality team can investigate quickly.

While we do our best to make things right, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed as each claim is reviewed individually.
To help us maintain consistent quality standards, we allow for a small 5-10 percent damage margin per box. This means we cannot offer a refund or replacement for minor damage within this tolerance.
Please note we are unable to offer a refund or replacement if the cherries have been partially or fully eaten, or if the original box has been discarded before submitting your claim.

When will my Cherries arrive?
Our cherries are handpicked fresh and are naturally weather-dependent, so we canβt
guarantee an exact delivery date. You can select your preferred delivery date at
checkout, and weβll do our best to get them to you on time. As a guide, orders placed
before Wednesday usually arrive by Friday. If you need your cherries for a specific
date, please let us know before ordering. For any questions or concerns, our team is
happy to help.

How should I store my cherries?
For best results, refrigerate your cherries as soon as possible after receiving them.
Keep them in the original inner liner, which helps maintain freshness and crispness
for longer. Enjoy them chilled for the ultimate flavour experience!
